Hammond Tractor Company Parts, Sales, and Service

In 2009 Hammond Tractor was one of six Maine businesses honored by Governor John Baldacci.  Each year since 1991 Maine has presented hand picked local Maine companies with this award to distinguish the state's most outstanding businesses.

“This year’s honorees represent the innovative spirit that has earned Maine a reputation for top-quality workmanship, service and a commitment to excellence,” said Governor Baldacci. “Each company and nonprofit selected has a strong record of community service and investment in its workforce. They are all distinguished members of our community. There’s a lot that businesses and nonprofits can learn from each other, and we know that it will take all of us working together to help support our communities during this global recession.”
